THIS SESSION IS REQUIRED FOR  PRINCIPAL AND EXECUTIVE BROKERS 
This session will consist of the following:

• 2025 AREC  BROKERS REQUIRED TOPIC:
  Broker Supervision/Agency (3 credit hours)
  This course is required of all Principal Brokers and Executive Brokers. Associate Brokers would have the option of taking this course or the General Agency Course. If an Associate Broker should have aspirations of becoming a managing broker, they would be encouraged to take this course.
• Fair Housing: 1866 to the Present (3 credit hrs.) 
  This elective fulfills the NAR Realtor® Fair Housing requirement
• Real Estate Safety (1 credit hr.)

Arkansas licensees must obtain seven hours (7) of continuing education annually to renew an active real estate license for the upcoming calendar year. NOTE: Renewal for the upcoming year must be completed by September 30th of the current year to avoid penalty. After, September 30th, renewal can be completed with a penalty assessed. If an active license is not renewed for the upcoming calendar year prior to December 31st of the current year, the license will automatically become expired on January 1st.

PLEASE NOTE: Students who register within 3 business days of the start of the course may not receive their course materials via mail prior to the start of class. Those materials will be received in a digital format to use until materials arrive via mail, or, they can be picked up in person at the school. 

In order to become a real estate agent in Arkansas, you must successfully complete no less than sixty (60) classroom hours of real estate education of which thirty (30) classroom hours must be in the basic principles of real estate, from an accredited post secondary school or an organization licensed by AREC.

This evening course meets virtually 3 nights per week for 5 weeks, 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
