Outside of her client focused business as an Executive Broker with Coldwell Banker RPM Group in Hot Springs, Tara is also a licensed Arkansas real estate instructor. She teaches agents & brokers alike continuing education as well as agent & broker licensing curriculum.
Throughout her real estate career, Tara has served as Principal & Managing Broker to many agents & brokers. She genuinely enjoys helping others succeed whether it be her clients or aspiring agents looking to better serve; Tara’s passion for education & commitment to continuous learning defines her as a respected figure in Central Arkansas real estate!
Tara takes great pleasure in serving her industry as well as her community. She is currently serving as Chair of Professional Development and on the Board of Directors for the Hot Springs Board of Realtors. She lends much of her time away from work volunteering with area youth sports & other youth-based organizations that focus on civic duty & outdoorsmanship. Tara & her husband have resided in Hot Springs together for over 25 years. They share two beautiful children and can be found sitting on the sidelines at one of their children’s games, camping, hiking or boating in our beautiful area parks and lakes.
Tara has been awarded Diamond & Platinum level Awards of Excellence by the Arkansas Realtors Association. She holds designations as an Accredited Buyers Representative, Real Estate Negotiations Expert, and in At Home with Diversity.
