Yashua Suarez is an accomplished Executive Broker, Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI), and Real Estate Educator whose passion lies in empowering agents to grow their business through modern marketing and technology. As the Chief Marketing Officer at Edge Realty in Cabot, Arkansas, Yashua combines years of hands-on real estate experience with a deep understanding of digital branding, social media strategy, and client engagement.
He holds multiple professional designations, including Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). Yashua is the creator and instructor of two widely recognized courses—Realtor Marketing with Purpose, AI for Realtors—which have quickly become favorites among agents across Arkansas. He also teaches Continued Education for Realtors. His classes focus on simplifying complex marketing concepts, teaching agents how to leverage tools like ChatGPT, automation, and social media to enhance their brand, generate leads, and better serve their clients.
