This 2-day course is an interactive experience to help negotiators elevate their game! You will examine all types of negotiation formats and methods so that you can play the game to win. A full spectrum of tips, tools, techniques and advantages will be provided so that negotiators can provide effective results for their client. The 2nd day of the course focuses on real-world field scenarios to help negotiators apply the power tools, techniques and tactics learned on the first day. Understanding the tactics and techniques is one thing, but learning how to recognize them being done and using them effectively requires practice. These field scenarios provide the foundational experience and practice negotiators need to master so they can effectively advocate for their client.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Greg Glosson started his real estate career in 1996, working as a part-time agent. In 2000 he earned his TN Broker’s license and began a full time real estate career. During his time in the business, he has closed over 4000 transactions and his real estate business is built on hard work and dedication to keeping the client’s interest first at all times. Greg is the Managing Broker at Fast Track Realty in Memphis, TN.
He holds numerous industry designations and certifications including the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) and the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from the National Association of REALTORS® and the Master Graduate REALTORS® Institute (GRI) designation from the Tennessee REALTORS®.
Greg is currently licensed in 6 state (Tennessee, Arkansas, Missouri, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida). He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Tennessee REALTORS®, the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS®. He has served as a Director of all three organizations and served as the President of the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® in 2014. Greg was awarded the 2018 REALTOR® of the Year for the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS®, and he currently serves as the 2019-2020 Division 1 Vice President for the Tennessee REALTORS®. In 2019 he was awarded the TN Educator of the Year by TN Realtors and the Tennessee Real Estate Education Foundation.
