This Certification teaches you how to help current and military service members and their families find housing solutions that best suit their needs and make best use of their available benefits. To earn the MRP certification, REALTORS® must complete a few basic requirements:
1. Member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS®
2. Complete the one-day MRP certification course
4. Submit certification one-time application fee of $195.

To earn the CRB designation, REALTORS® must complete a few basic requirements:
1. Member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS®
2. Complete 4 one-day CRB certification courses
3. Annual renewal of your CRB designation is required, but upon designation, your first 12-months of CRB membership with the (Real Estate Business Institute - REBI) is complimentary.
