A new broker must complete the 30 classroom hour AREC post-licensure course within 6 months after the date the individual was initially licensed. Newly licensed brokers requesting status as an Executive or Principal Broker must satisfy the post-licensure requirement before such status is granted. 

This 3-day class meets on the following dates from 8:30 am - 6:30 pm each day:

Broker applicants must complete sixty (60) hours of real estate education, of which forty-five (45) hours must be the Arkansas Real Estate Commission developed Broker Pre-License Education course.

This Broker Pre-Licensure course meets 3 days each week for 2 weeks, 8:30 am - 6:00 pm, on the following dates:

• Mon-Wed, July 20 - 22, 2026
• Mon-Wed, July 27 - 29, 2026

The Broker Pre-License Vivid (ZOOM) course includes:

1. Binder and additional study materials
2. Discount for any future Broker Post-Licensing (30 hrs.) course

Course materials will be shipped at no cost to students whose shipping address is outside a 35-mile radius of the school. Students who live within a 35-mile radius are required to pick up their course materials in person at the school. If you register within 3 business days of the course start date, you may not receive your materials by mail before the first class. In these cases, you will receive a PDF copy of the course materials to use until materials arrive.

The Salesperson Post License 18 classroom hours consist of the following three 6-hour modules - Agency & Disclosure, Contracts, Contracts to Close.

This course meets for 2 days, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm on the following dates:

• July 30-31
