When military staff and their families relocate, the services of a real estate professional who understands their needs and timetables makes the transfer easier, faster, and less stressful. This Certification teaches you how to help current and military service members and their families find housing solutions that best suit their needs and make best use of their available benefits.   • Understanding of the processes and procedures involved in a military relocation and how these impact service members’ relocation and housing choices
  • Ability to provide information to help members through a rent or buy, sell or rent decision-making process

  • Ability to explain the basics of VA financing
  • Access to the members-only marketing tools and resources
  • The Military Relocation Professional Certification Core course is an approved elective for the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation.

To earn the MRP certification, REALTORS® must complete a few basic requirements: 
1. Member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS®
2. Complete the one-day MRP certification course 
4. Submit certification application and one-time application fee of $195.

  • Real Estate Safety (1 credit hr.)

Arkansas licensees must obtain seven hours (7) of continuing education annually to renew an active real estate license for the upcoming calendar year. NOTE: License renewal for the upcoming year must be completed by September 30th of the current year to avoid penalty. After, September 30th, renewal can be completed with a penalty assessed. If an active license is not renewed for the upcoming calendar year prior to December 31st  of the current year, the license will automatically become expired on January 1st.

In order to become a real estate agent in Arkansas, you must successfully complete no less than sixty (60) classroom hours of real estate education of which thirty (30) classroom hours must be in the basic principles of real estate, from an accredited post secondary school or an organization licensed by AREC.

This course meets for three consecutive weekends, 8:30 am - 6:30 pm on the following dates:

  • December 7, 8
  • December 14, 15
  • December 21, 22

The "Getting Your License" Vivid course includes:
