BROKER Post-License Education IN PERSON (June 24 - 26)THERE IS ALSO A ZOOM OPTION AVAILABLE FOR THIS CLASS HERE A new broker must complete the 30 classroom hour AREC post-licensure course within 6 months after the date the individual was initially licensed. Newly licensed brokers requesting status as an Executive or Principal Broker must satisfy the post-licensure requirement before such status is granted. This 3-day class meets on the following dates from 8:30 am - 6:00 pm each day:

The Salesperson Post License 18 classroom hours consist of the following three 6-hour modules - Agency & Disclosure, Contracts, Contracts to Close. This course meets for 2 days, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm on the following dates:
