Broker applicants must complete sixty (60) hours of real estate education, of which forty-five (45) hours must be the Arkansas Real Estate Commission developed Broker Pre-License Education course.

This Broker Pre-Licensure course meets 3 days each week for 2 weeks, 8:30 am - 6:00 pm, on the following dates:

• Wed-Fri, June 10-12, 2026

Course materials will be shipped at no cost to students whose shipping address is outside a 35-mile radius of the school. Students who live within a 35-mile radius are required to pick up their course materials in person at the school. If you register within 3 business days of the course start date, you may not receive your materials by mail before the first class. In these cases, you will receive a PDF copy of the course materials to use until materials arrive.
