Broker applicants must complete sixty (60) hours of real estate education, of which forty-five (45) hours must be the Arkansas Real Estate Commission developed Broker Pre-License Education course.

This Broker Pre-Licensure course meets 3 days each week for 2 weeks, 8:30 am - 6:00 pm, on the following dates:

• Mon-Wed, Nov 30 - Dec 2, 2026
• Mon-Wed, Dec 7 - 9, 2026

The Broker Pre-License Vivid (IN PERSON) course includes:

1. Binder and additional study materials
2. Discount for any future Broker Post-Licensing (30 hrs.) course
3. Discount for any future Broker Education Series Courses (CRB)
