 ng Arkansas Real Estate Regulations &amp\; Licensing Law when using AI:&nb
 sp\;(6 credit hrs.)&nbsp\;This comprehensive course explores how artificia
 l intelligence (AI) can be used in real estate while ensuring regulatory c
 ompliance and ethical best practices. Over six modules\, participants will
  learn about current AI tools\, their applications in real estate\, and th
 e legal responsibilities that Arkansas licensees must uphold when leveragi
 ng these technologies. Hands-on activities\, case studies\, and Arkansas-s
 pecific regulatory references are incorporated to reinforce learning. By t
 he end of the course\, agents and brokers will be equipped to responsibly 
 integrate AI into their practice in ways that enhance efficiency without v
 iolating Arkansas Real Estate Commission (AREC) rules or state/federal law
 s.

 Licensees must obtain seven h
 ours (7) of continuing education annually to renew an active real estate l
 icense for the upcoming calendar year. For Licensees obtaining a license i
 n the current year\, satisfaction of your continuing education requirement
  will be required upon your second active license renewal after you are li
 censed.&nbsp\;
 NOTE: Renewal for the upcoming year must be completed by 
 September 30th of the current year to avoid penalty. After\, September 30t
 h\, renewal can be completed with a penalty assessed. If an active license
  is not renewed for the upcoming calendar year prior to December 31st of t
 he current year\, the license will automatically become expired on January
  1st.
