 Compliance When Using AI
  Tools\, Applying Arkansas Real Estate Regulations &amp\; Licensing Law wh
 en using AI:&nbsp\;(6 credit hrs.)&nbsp\;This comprehensive course explore
 s how artificial intelligence (AI) can be used in real estate while ensuri
 ng regulatory compliance and ethical best practices. Over six modules\, pa
 rticipants will learn about current AI tools\, their applications in real 
 estate\, and the legal responsibilities that Arkansas licensees must uphol
 d when leveraging these technologies. Hands-on activities\, case studies\,
  and Arkansas-specific regulatory references are incorporated to reinforce
  learning. By the end of the course\, agents and brokers will be equipped 
 to responsibly integrate AI into their practice in ways that enhance effic
 iency without violating Arkansas Real Estate Commission (AREC) rules or st
 ate/federal laws.
 Real Estate Safety: (1 credit hr.)
 
 Licensees must
  obtain seven hours (7) of continuing education annually to renew an activ
 e real estate license for the upcoming calendar year. For Licensees obtain
 ing a license in the current year\, satisfaction of your continuing educat
 ion requirement will be required upon your second active license renewal a
 fter you are licensed.&nbsp\;
 NOTE: Renewal for the upcoming year must b
 e completed by September 30th of the current year to avoid penalty. After\
 , September 30th\, renewal can be completed with a penalty assessed. If an
  active license is not renewed for the upcoming calendar year prior to Dec
 ember 31st of the current year\, the license will automatically become exp
 ired on January 1st.
