 This session will consist of the&nbsp\;following:
 
 
 Compliance When Using AI Tools\, Applying Arkansas Real Estate Regulations
  &amp\; Licensing Law when using AI:&nbsp\;(6 credit hrs.)&nbsp\;This comp
 rehensive course explores how artificial intelligence (AI) can be used in 
 real estate while ensuring regulatory compliance and ethical best practice
 s. Over six modules\, participants will learn about current AI tools\, the
 ir applications in real estate\, and the legal responsibilities that Arkan
 sas licensees must uphold when leveraging these technologies. Hands-on act
 ivities\, case studies\, and Arkansas-specific regulatory references are i
 ncorporated to reinforce learning. By the end of the course\, agents and b
 rokers will be equipped to responsibly integrate AI into their practice in
  ways that enhance efficiency without violating Arkansas Real Estate Commi
 ssion (AREC) rules or state/federal laws.
 Real Estate Safety: (1 credit 
 hr.)
 
 Licensees must obtain seven hours (7) of continuing education an
 nually to renew an active real estate license for the upcoming calendar ye
 ar. For Licensees obtaining a license in the current year\, satisfaction o
 f your continuing education requirement will be required upon your second 
 active license renewal after you are licensed.&nbsp\;
 NOTE: Renewal for 
 the upcoming year must be completed by September 30th of the current year 
 to avoid penalty. After\, September 30th\, renewal can be completed with a
  penalty assessed. If an active license is not renewed for the upcoming ca
 lendar year prior to December 31st of the current year\, the license will 
 automatically become expired on January 1st.
