 ost to students whose shipping address is outside a 35-mile radius of the 
 school.&nbsp\;Students who live within a 35-mile radius are required to pi
 ck up their course materials in person at the school.&nbsp\;If you registe
 r within 3 business days of the course start date\, you may not receive yo
 ur materials by mail before the first class. In these cases\, you will rec
 eive a PDF copy of the course materials to use until materials arrive.

 n order to become a real estate agent in Arkansas\, you must successfully 
 complete no less than sixty (60) classroom hours of real estate education 
 of which thirty (30) classroom hours must be in the basic principles of re
 al estate\, from an accredited post secondary school or an organization li
 censed by AREC.
