In order to become a real estate salesperson, Arkansas resident requirements are:
1. Have reached the age of majority, eighteen (18).
2. Successfully complete sixty (60) classroom hours of real estate education of which thirty (30) classroom hours must be in the basic principles of real estate, from an accredited post secondary school or organization licensed by the Arkansas Real Estate Commission [ACA Sect. 17-42-303 and Commission Regulation 4.1]
3. Pass the licensee examination.
4. Send the proper forms and fees to the Arkansas Real Estate Commission no later than ninety (90) days after passing the examination.
Vivid Real Estate Learning Center has been approved by the Arkansas Real Estate Commission (AREC) to provide the following real estate education: Sales Pre-License 60 classroom hours of real estate education which includes 30 classroom hours of basic principles of real estate.
This course consists of 8 sessions: 4 days per week for 2 weeks, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Course includes textbook, printed materials, and the attendee can revisit any future "Get Your License" course at Vivid for up to 10 hours for review, providing there are class seats available.
