 Compliance When Using
  AI Tools\, Applying Arkansas Real Estate Regulations &amp\; Licensing Law
  when using AI:&nbsp\;(6 credit hrs.)&nbsp\;This comprehensive course expl
 ores how artificial intelligence (AI) can be used in real estate while ens
 uring regulatory compliance and ethical best practices. Over six modules\,
  participants will learn about current AI tools\, their applications in re
 al estate\, and the legal responsibilities that Arkansas licensees must up
 hold when leveraging these technologies. Hands-on activities\, case studie
 s\, and Arkansas-specific regulatory references are incorporated to reinfo
 rce learning. By the end of the course\, agents and brokers will be equipp
 ed to responsibly integrate AI into their practice in ways that enhance ef
 ficiency without violating Arkansas Real Estate Commission (AREC) rules or
  state/federal laws.

 Licensees m
 ust obtain seven hours (7) of continuing education annually to renew an ac
 tive real estate license for the upcoming calendar year. For Licensees obt
 aining a license in the current year\, satisfaction of your continuing edu
 cation requirement will be required upon your second active license renewa
 l after you are licensed.&nbsp\;
 NOTE: Renewal for the upcoming year mus
 t be completed by September 30th of the current year to avoid penalty. Aft
 er\, September 30th\, renewal can be completed with a penalty assessed. If
  an active license is not renewed for the upcoming calendar year prior to 
 December 31st of the current year\, the license will automatically become 
 expired on January 1st.
