Over six modules\, participants will learn ab out current AI tools\, their applications in real estate\, and the legal r esponsibilities that Arkansas licensees must uphold when leveraging these technologies. Hands-on activities\, case studies\, and Arkansas-specific r egulatory references are incorporated to reinforce learning. By the end of the course\, agents and brokers will be equipped to responsibly integrate AI into their practice in ways that enhance efficiency without violating Arkansas Real Estate Commission (AREC) rules or state/federal laws. Real Estate Safety: (1 credit hr.) Licensees must obtain seven hours (7) of continuing education annually to renew an active real estate license fo r the upcoming calendar year.
