 Compliance When Using AI Tools
 \, Applying Arkansas Real Estate Regulations &amp\; Licensing Law when usi
 ng AI:&nbsp\;(6 credit hrs.)&nbsp\;This comprehensive course explores how 
 artificial intelligence (AI) can be used in real estate while ensuring reg
 ulatory compliance and ethical best practices. Over six modules\, particip
 ants will learn about current AI tools\, their applications in real estate
 \, and the legal responsibilities that Arkansas licensees must uphold when
  leveraging these technologies. Hands-on activities\, case studies\, and A
 rkansas-specific regulatory references are incorporated to reinforce learn
 ing. By the end of the course\, agents and brokers will be equipped to res
 ponsibly integrate AI into their practice in ways that enhance efficiency 
 without violating Arkansas Real Estate Commission (AREC) rules or state/fe
 deral laws.
 Real Estate Safety: (1 credit hr.)
 
 Licensees must obtai
 n seven hours (7) of continuing education annually to renew an active real
  estate license for the upcoming calendar year. For Licensees obtaining a 
 license in the current year\, satisfaction of your continuing education re
 quirement will be required upon your second active license renewal after y
 ou are licensed.&nbsp\;
 NOTE: Renewal for the upcoming year must be comp
 leted by September 30th of the current year to avoid penalty. After\, Sept
 ember 30th\, renewal can be completed with a penalty assessed. If an activ
 e license is not renewed for the upcoming calendar year prior to December 
 31st of the current year\, the license will automatically become expired o
 n January 1st.
