 he 2025 required 3-hour courses for Brokers or Salespersons\, but are enco
 uraged to attend the Brokers course if they have aspirations of being a su
 pervising broker.
 Fair Housing:&nbsp\;1866 to the Present (3 credit hrs.
 )&nbsp\;This elective fulfills the NAR Realtor® Fair Housing&nbsp\;requir

 Arkansas licensees must obt
 ain seven hours (7) of continuing education annually to renew an active re
 al estate license for the upcoming calendar year.&nbsp\;NOTE: License rene
 wal for the upcoming year must be completed by September 30th of the curre
 nt year to avoid penalty. After\, September 30th\, renewal can be complete
 d with a penalty assessed. If an active license is not renewed for the upc
 oming calendar year prior to December 31st&nbsp\; of the current year\, th
 e license will automatically become expired on January 1st.
