This sess ion will consist of the \;following: Compliance When Using AI Too ls\, Applying Arkansas Real Estate Regulations &\; Licensing Law when u sing AI: \;(6 credit hrs.) \;This comprehensive course explores ho w artificial intelligence (AI) can be used in real estate while ensuring r egulatory compliance and ethical best practices. Over six modules\, partic ipants will learn about current AI tools\, their applications in real esta te\, and the legal responsibilities that Arkansas licensees must uphold wh en leveraging these technologies. Hands-on activities\, case studies\, and Arkansas-specific regulatory references are incorporated to reinforce lea rning. By the end of the course\, agents and brokers will be equipped to r esponsibly integrate AI into their practice in ways that enhance efficienc y without violating Arkansas Real Estate Commission (AREC) rules or state/ federal laws. Real Estate Safety: (1 credit hr.) Licensees must obt ain seven hours (7) of continuing education annually to renew an active re al estate license for the upcoming calendar year. For Licensees obtaining a license in the current year\, satisfaction of your continuing education requirement will be required upon your second active license renewal after you are licensed. \; NOTE: Renewal for the upcoming year must be co mpleted by September 30th of the current year to avoid penalty.
